What is Form 11 (LLP)?
LLP Form 11 is the Annual Return of a Limited Liability Partnership. It contains details of the LLP's partners, profit-sharing ratio, and changes in partner composition during the year. It must be filed within 60 days of the end of the financial year, i.e., by 30th May.
Who files it?
All LLPs registered under the LLP Act, 2008 must file Form 11 annually. This includes dormant LLPs — even if no business was conducted, the annual return must be filed.
Late Fee & Penalty
Additional fee: ₹100 per day from the due date, with no cap. Penalty under Section 69 of the LLP Act can also be levied on the LLP and its partners.
